INTRODUCTION

The purpose of these terms and conditions of Hause Travel Agency is to inform our clients of the general terms and conditions under which the travel package reservation service is provided.

In order to improve the service provided to our clients, Hause Travel Agency may change and/or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, either partially or totally, with the Terms and Conditions published on the website being applicable. https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com (the “Website”) at the time of the provision of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in those cases in which the modification to the Terms and Conditions could cause an impact to the client related to the provision of the Service, Hause Travel Agency will notify said client of the modification in the Terms and Conditions through the Website. https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com, as well as through one of the means of contact that the client had designated at the time of making their reservation.

Regardless of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, Hause Travel Agency will respect the conditions in force at the time when payment was made for the Reservation contracted by the client, except in the cases and with the exceptions established in the applicable legislation.

The allusive titles that appear in these Terms and Conditions are used solely for reference purposes and do not imply any rights or obligations.

DEFINITIONS

 Agency– Company dedicated to managing affairs or providing certain services.

Client, main buyer.- Means the consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Products and/or Services of the Hause Travel Agency as provided herein.

Visitor.- Es la persona física que utiliza una Pulsera Tomorrowland Winter 2027 válidamente registrada a su nombre, para acceder y participar en el evento.

 Agreement : The agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase of Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of these Conditions, the purchase confirmation and any other provisions attached to or referred to in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Hause Travel and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).

Package rate : The price charged for the sale of a travel package. The price of the package will be announced on https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com before the official start.

Conditions: These general conditions, including their annexes.

Festival travel packages: The various holiday packages offered for sale by Hause Travel Agency and/or the Travel Partner, which include (depending on the specific package) an entry ticket to a Festival, accommodation and transport. Specific terms of sale apply to Festival Travel Packages. When purchasing such a package, you will be asked to accept those terms. In the event of a conflict, those particular terms will prevail at all times.

Package Destination : Francia.

Festival location : Alpe d’Huez, Francia.

Force Majeure : Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Agency and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: Natural disaster, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or instrumentality of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), significant interruption or delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. In principle, adverse weather conditions shall not be considered a Force Majeure event, provided, however, that if such weather conditions are sufficiently severe or threatening that the relevant governmental authorities declare that the conditions threaten public safety, such weather conditions shall be considered a Force Majeure event.

Official Sales Channel : Hause Travel Agency Products and/or Services may only be purchased through Hause Travel Agency or an Authorized Travel Partner.

Waiting list : If one or more types of travel packages for the festival are sold out, the Festival Organizer may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, THE CLIENT authorizes the Festival Organizer to contact THE CLIENT if the packages become available again and the packages can be offered to THE CLIENT through Waiting List sales.

SCOPE OF CONDITIONS

 The Appendices form an integral part of these Conditions. The Customer is requested to accept these Conditions during the purchasing process and, at the latest, when concluding an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Conditions at https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com; or upon request to the customer service department of Hause Travel Agency via email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com.

If You purchase Products and/or Services from Hause Travel Agency not only for Yourself but also for others, We remind You that it is Your sole responsibility to inform such persons of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to Your purchase and to obtain their agreement to such terms and conditions prior to Your purchase. For the record, if and to the extent a direct relationship arises between Hause Travel Agency and the aforementioned persons in the context of the execution of the Agreement, such person will be required to read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

Age limit.

The minimum age to book a travel package with a festival included on the Hause Travel Agency website is eighteen (18) years.

No exceptions will be made to this rule, even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult. The Festival Organizer will refuse entry to the Festival if, for example, the identity check mentioned below shows that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the beginning of the Festival.

Official sales channels.

Tomorrowland Winter 2026 Experience Packages with festival tickets and/or services from Hause Travel Agency can only be purchased through Official Sales Channels.

Travel Packages and/or Festival Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow circumventing the procedure provided in the pre-registration link that gives access to the online sale of packages) will not be considered valid by Hause Travel Agency and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Festival to the holder of said package.   

Cada confirmación de compra de un paquete de experiencias Tomorrowland Winter 2027 con ticket de festival se le proporciona mediante un correo electrónico y debe personalizarse ingresando el nombre, la dirección de correo electrónico, fecha de nacimiento, número de celular y la nacionalidad del visitante. El Visitante puede ser Usted mismo u otras personas para las que compre entradas.

If you purchase a Festival Ticket Experience Package not only for yourself but also for others (your “Guests”), it will be your sole responsibility to obtain, to the extent required by law, the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to Hause Travel Agency in the context of personalizing such ticket, as set out herein.

Por cada paquete de experiencias Tomorrowland Winter 2027 con ticket de festival comprado y personalizado, Hause Travel Agency le proporcionará un Acceso para Tomorrowland Winter, que debe registrarse antes de que se pueda conceder la entrada al Festival. La pulsera es personal y solo puede permitir el acceso al Festival a una (1) persona.

Todas las pulseras de Tomorrowland Winter 2027 se escanearán y validarán al ingresar al sitio del festival.

The Festival Organiser reserves the right to verify (or have designated representatives verify) the identity of any person entering the Festival Site. If one cannot be identified or if the name on the Tomorrowland Winter wristband does not match the identity of the person entering as stated on the ID document, the person in question will be refused entry to the Festival. Valid proof of identity may be a valid ID card, passport or driving licence. The name on the ID document must be the same as the name in which the wristband is registered. Copies of ID documents will not be accepted.

Para hacer check in en el Hotel de Paris y Alpe d’Huez (dependiendo tu reservación), necesitarás presentar tu identificación oficial y deberás contar con una tarjeta de crédito con fondos suficientes para realizar el pago de los impuestos turísticos y en nuestro hotel correspondiente en Alpe d’Huez deberás proporcionar tu tarjeta de crédito para el bloqueo de un depósito en caso de que se llegasen a presentar daños en la habitación, de lo contrario el monto del depósito será desbloqueado al finalizar tu estancia.

For security reasons, any festival attendee who leaves the festival grounds after entering will not be allowed to re-enter.

Pérdida o robo de pulsera de Tomorrowland Winter 2027.

You are solely responsible for any loss or theft of Your Wristband after you receive it from the Festival Organizer (in accordance with the provisions of these Terms).

In the event of loss or theft, the Festival Organizer and Hause Travel Agency are never obliged to provide you with a new bracelet. A refund cannot be requested either.

CLAUSES

FIRST– The purpose of this document is for THE AGENCY to act as an intermediary, contract and offer the provision of tourist services, prior to payment by THE CLIENT of a certain and determined price. For this purpose, THE AGENCY undertakes and is obliged to request the services specified in the description of the travel package selected on behalf of THE CLIENT in accordance with their availability. Likewise, it is obliged to contract them, acting as an intermediary between THE CLIENT and the persons in charge of providing them directly, which include transporters, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, tourist guides, among others.

SECOND.- The services contracted by THE CLIENT will be provided by providers independent of THE AGENCY, who do not act for or on behalf of the latter, and in this act THE CLIENT expressly becomes aware of this situation, so THE AGENCY will provide THE CLIENT with the receipt(s), as well as the reservation confirmation and the general conditions established by the final service provider. 

THIRD.- To reserve the packages, payment is required through the official channel https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com . THE AGENCY will inform THE CLIENT, prior to contracting and paying for the services, the total price of these, either in Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars at the exchange rate established by THE AGENCY.

QUARTER.-  Each service or package reserved by THE CLIENT to THE AGENCY through the official channel https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com , will be definitive, so changes in the name, company name, or owner of the service, dates, routes, or services are not permitted, except with written authorization from THE AGENCY. It is important to emphasize that the contracted service or package is for personal use by THE CLIENT and/or his/her friends and not for commercial use. THE CUSTOMER confirms that he/she has been informed by accepting these terms and conditions.

FIFTH. – THE AGENCY will proceed to make the reservation of the services until THE CLIENT has made the corresponding payment and this has been validated. Otherwise, THE AGENCY will have no obligation to make reservations or reservations of any kind.

SIXTH. – THE AGENCY is obliged to respect the amounts and concepts relating to the contracted packages and services, without being able to charge another amount or condition the provision of the contracted service to the acquisition of another service not required by THE CLIENT, unless the latter authorizes in writing any other additional charge to that stipulated in this contract and its annexes.

SEVENTH. – THE AGENCY must issue to THE CLIENT the receipt that supports the payment of the contracted Services, which must be sent to the email provided by THE CLIENT upon completion of the purchase through the official channel. https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com

OCTAVE.- The CLIENT must provide THE AGENCY with true and correct data that is requested, as well as deliver in a timely manner the corresponding documentation that is necessary for the provision of the service.

NINTH. – THE CLIENT accepts that THE AGENCY's intervention is exclusively as an intermediary between the direct providers of the requested services.

TENTH.- Fortuitous events or force majeure are understood to be those events or occurrences beyond the control of the parties, provided that said events or occurrences are unforeseeable, irresistible, insurmountable, current and do not arise from negligence or provocation on the part of any of the parties. Illnesses of any kind that may be suffered by any of the parties shall not apply as a fortuitous event.

Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with clause nine, both parties agree that if due to force majeure or fortuitous event, the providers of the contracted services are unable to provide them partially or totally, THE AGENCY will only manage on behalf of THE CLIENT the reimbursement that is appropriate in accordance with the terms of the service providers, being relieved of any responsibility or commitment. 

ELEVENTH. – Both parties agree that THE AGENCY is exempt from liability for damages, injuries, accidents, delays or irregularities that may occur due to force majeure or fortuitous events that may occur to THE CLIENT during the execution of the services, as it is not the person directly responsible for providing the corresponding services and is only an intermediary between them.

TWELFTH.- THE CLIENT undertakes to respect the regulations, rules or conditions established by each of the service providers contracted through THE AGENCY, therefore THE AGENCY must inform THE CLIENT of the most important ones and consequently declines any liability that may arise from non-compliance. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOMORROWLAND WINTER. 

THIRTEENTH.- The consumption and/or sale of drugs or narcotics within the festival, transportation and reserved hotels is strictly prohibited, so THE AGENCY disclaims any liability that may arise from non-compliance with this rule.

FOURTEENTH. – EL CLIENTE deberá, por medios propios, proveerse de los pasaportes o documentos de migración requeridos por los países de destino o de tránsito, tales como visas, permisos sanitarios, etc. en los casos de viajes internacionales, se compromete a presentarse en los aeropuertos y documentarse ante las aerolíneas con un mínimo de tres horas de anticipación, y con dos horas en los vuelos nacionales. LA AGENCIA queda relevada de cualquier responsabilidad si EL CLIENTE no cumple con los documentos de migración necesarios para ingresar al país destino, por lo que, en caso de no poder realizar el viaje, se procederá a la cancelación de su paquete NO RIGHT TO REFUND as described in Clauses Twentieth and Twenty-Eighth.

FIFTEENTH. – EL CLIENTE está obligado a contratar un seguro médico con cobertura en el extranjero por el total de días que se encuentre en este. Este deberá cubrir un mínimo de 3,000 euros en gastos hospitalarios y deberá contar con repatriación en caso de fallecimiento (si realizarás actividades como esquiar o snowboard , deberás agregar un seguro que cubra gastos en caso de accidente practicando este deporte). LA AGENCIA queda relevada de cualquier responsabilidad si EL CLIENTE no cumple con esta cláusula.

SIXTEENTH. – The parties agree that for excursions or packages abroad, prices must be presented in Mexican pesos.

SEVENTEENTH. – The AGENCY reserves the right to modify the order of the services indicated in this contract, for a better development of these or for the reasons that justify it, as long as it respects the quantity and quality of the services that have been contracted. This will be with the consent of THE CLIENT, whatever the cause, which must be proven. Likewise, the client will not be able to make changes to dates, routes, or services.

EIGHTEENTH. – When THE AGENCY cancels a trip or excursion of any kind for reasons beyond THE CLIENT's control and which are attributable to THE AGENCY, THE AGENCY shall be obliged to reimburse THE AGENCY the full amount paid within a maximum of 90 days. THE AGENCY is obliged to prove that the corresponding funds were remitted and THE CLIENT is obliged to prove that they were delivered to THE AGENCY through the money receipts provided by THE AGENCY.

However, cancellations by THE CLIENT must be made in writing to the address indicated in this document of Terms and Conditions of Contract or by email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com with acknowledgement of receipt, for which THE AGENCY will respond within 48 hours. In the absence of a response, it will be understood that the cancellation was accepted in accordance with the conditions described below:

Todos los paquetes de viaje que incluyen acceso al festival Tomorrowland Winter 2027 y que fueron adquiridos a través del canal oficial https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com  are considered to be NON-REFUNDABLE policy, which implies that cancellation for reasons attributable to THE CLIENT, at any time, entails the loss of the amount paid.

Note: THE AGENCY will evaluate whether a name change can be authorized with a penalty of €350 (three hundred fifty euros) per person (in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate on the day the request is made) for administrative fees to be covered by THE CLIENT, in case the original ticket holder cannot attend the festival. THE CLIENT must provide the details of the person who will use their package in a timely manner. The deadline to request a name change is 1 de Febrero de 2027; after this date, name changes will not be allowed.

THE CLIENT agrees that the wristband, treasure case, and souvenirs serán entregados única y exclusivamente en el evento de bienvenida programado a su llegada a Alpe D’Huez y únicamente a la persona registrada en nuestra base de datosUnder no circumstances will the wristband be given to another person as a substitute or in the name of the package holder if an official name change was not made within the stipulated deadline.

Once the contract is signed or the terms and conditions box is clicked prior to payment, THE CLIENT agrees that no changes can be requested or made to the package configuration, such as changes to dates (weekend or Weekend), type of accommodation, land transport routes, or the delivery location of the wristband, treasure case, and souvenirs (the latter are delivered exclusively on the Wednesday before each festival weekend).

NINETEENTH. – Both parties agree that payment of the amount for the services by THE CLIENT, acceptance or use of this document, coupons, tickets, courtesies, or any other document issued in his/her favor for this purpose, implies acceptance on his/her part of the general terms and conditions of contract to which this document refers. 

TWENTIETH– The parties agree that the following will be grounds for cancellation:

1. Failure to comply with any of the obligations set forth in this document.
2. For any violation by THE CLIENT of any of the prohibitions established herein.
3. Failure by the client to make the corresponding payment.
4. Any lack of communication or no-show on the part of the client.

The parties are obliged to notify the addresses or email addresses indicated at the time of making the reservation, the existence of any cause listed above, within the term of 7 business days following the knowledge of the breach.

In the event of a change in the direct service provider to another of equivalent quality, if THE CLIENT makes use of the service, it will be understood that he/she has consented to said change and no refund will be made.

TWENTY-FIRST. – The parties agree that the rights and obligations acquired by making a reservation for a travel package with access to the festival may not be assigned, transferred or transmitted under any title to any individual or legal entity without prior written authorization from each other. Any assignment made in violation of the provisions of this clause will not have any legal effect. The festival bracelet, souvenirs as well as the services included in the travel package will be delivered solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation. Under no circumstances will it be delivered to another person without prior notification from the holder through official means within the permitted times and covering the corresponding payments described in the Eighteenth clause.

TWENTY SECOND– The packages referred to as HOTEL PACKAGE incluyen estancia en  Alpe d´Huez (Tomorrowland Winter) por el número de noches estipulado según el paquete seleccionado. La ocupación máxima por habitación es de 2 personas, por lo que EL CLIENTE acepta que de viajar solo(a), deberá compartir habitación con alguien más de nuestro grupo. Si EL CLIENTE no quiere compartir habitación, deberá comprar 2 paquetes para asegurarse de que compartirá habitación con la persona de su preferencia. Consulta la disponibilidad antes de realizar tu reservación.

TWENTY-THIRD. – Con la firma del contrato EL CLIENTE acepta que el paquete de Tomorrowland Winter 2027 reservado es para uso personal y no para uso comercial. Reselling Tomorrowland Winter packages is prohibited and considered fraud.If THE AGENCY detects a case of reselling, the package of the person violating this clause will be canceled without the right to a refund.

THE AGENCY is released from any liability arising from additional agreements made between THE CLIENT and the direct service providers, such as hotels, transportation, flights, restaurants, car rentals, and others.

TWENTY-FOURTH. – Passengers’ luggage and personal items are not included in the Terms and Conditions of Contract, as they are their own responsibility to travel with. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement or damage.

TWENTY-FIFTH.- Communications made by the parties to each other in execution of this Contract must be made in writing and delivered with acknowledgment of receipt to the addresses indicated in the declarations section thereof, or where appropriate, by any reliable electronic means with acknowledgment of receipt.

TWENTY-SIXTH.- Prior to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Contract, and in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the AGENCY informed THE CLIENT of the privacy notice found at https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com as well as the procedure to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data. (hereinafter, “ARCO” rights)

TWENTY-SEVENTH.- The validity of this contract will be for an indefinite period, which will begin to run from the date of its subscription, and will be valid while the tourist service is provided and the payment obligations have been met, time in which the contract will have all its legal effects. 

TWENTY-EIGHTH.- Durante la experiencia Tomorrowland Winter 2027 se realizan fotos y videograbaciones para documentar la experiencia, por lo tanto, EL CLIENTE declara ser mayor de edad y que de conformidad con lo señalado en la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor, autoriza a LA AGENCIA para usar fotografías o videograbaciones que incluyan su imagen, en campañas, promocionales y demás material de apoyo que se consideren pertinentes para difusión y promoción  de LA AGENCIA y que se distribuyan en el país o en el extranjero por cualquier medio, ya sea impreso, electrónico o de otro tipo. Asimismo, con fundamento en los artículos 86, 87 y 88 de la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor, es deseo de EL CLIENTE expresar que esta autorización es voluntaria y totalmente gratuita, por lo tanto, LA AGENCIA es libre de utilizar, reproducir, transmitir, retransmitir, mostrar públicamente, crear otras obras derivadas de mi imagen en las campañas de promoción que se realice por cualquier medio, así como la fijación de la citada imagen en proyecciones, videos, gráficas, textos, filminas y todo el material suplementario de las promociones y campañas, estableciendo que se utilizará única y exclusivamente para los fines señalados. En ese sentido, EL CLIENTE autoriza el uso de su nombre y cualquier comentario que pudiese haber hecho mientras se grababa el video y que tal comentario sea editado con los fines señalados.

THE CLIENT waives any right to inspect or approve the video recording or photography sequences, and also expresses that he/she is aware that this data may be edited, copied, displayed, published and/or distributed, and therefore waives any right, royalties or other compensation resulting from or related to the use thereof. Likewise, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of Mexico City, he/she certifies that he/she has read the privacy notice provided by THE AGENCY. 

Likewise, THE CLIENT establishes and specifies that, in accordance with the provisions of the cited Laws, THE AGENCY has HIS/HER authorization and consent for all of the above, establishing that said information will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes stated above. THE CLIENT authorizes his/her image to be used for the appropriate time; said authorization may be restricted by means of a written request addressed to THE AGENCY.

INFORMATION NOTE:

Special requests made to the agency are always welcome, however, they cannot be guaranteed and are always subject to availability.

This contract guarantees only and exclusively the Experience in Tomorrowland Winter 2027 con los conceptos descritos en el contrato. Las fechas oficiales de Tomorrowland Winter 2027 serán confirmadas a EL CLIENTE una vez que el festival haya realizado el anuncio oficial.

The delivery of the bracelets is carried out solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation. Es importante presentar identificación oficial y voucher de check-in para recibir su brazalete para Tomorrowland Winter 2027 y souvenirs, por ningún motivo se entregará a terceras personas enviadas por el titular.

DOCUMENTATION: All travellers must carry their documentation (passports, visas, health permits, etc.) and are fully responsible for any problems and inconveniences that may arise due to failure to comply with this provision. 

EL CLIENTE se da por enterado y conforme con los términos y condiciones de contratación de Hause Travel Agency al aceptarlos previo al pago del o los paquetes de experiencias Tomorrowland Winter 2027 contratados a través de https://winter.shop-hausetravel.com .

Likewise, THE CLIENT agrees that he/she would like to receive information about other Tomorrowland festivals and events, such as announcements, ticket sale dates, (pre)registration information for specific events, thematic announcements, subsequent films, videos and exclusive content, programming releases, special activations… described in the Privacy Policy from Tomorrowland.
